Initial Consultation

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Usually the endodontic treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require additional appointments to provide treatment.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at every visit. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, heart murmur, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)

X-Ray

If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. As they may help in our diagnosis. Typically we will take an x-ray at another angle of our own to help aid in our diagnosis.

Scheduling Questions? Call (845) 473-3636

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, from 7 am to 5 pm; Wednesdays 9 am to 7 pm; Fridays 8 am to 4 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule and respect your time. Due to the fact that our office provides endodontic services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We will make every effort to contact you before your visit if we are delayed to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience to you.

Please call (845) 473-3636 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
